Why Building Balance?

Building Balance was born from years of research and discussions led by Goodman Masson. Having shared industry-specific gender insights across the Finance, Housing, and Technology sectors, we recognised a gap in gender parity.

We created this platform to bridge that gap, supporting women across our extensive client and candidate base through peer-to-peer learning and leadership development.
