Richard Hoar
Director
Richard has over 20 years of recruitment experience and joined Goodman Masson in 1999. Richard has been a pioneer in setting up and managing our Front Office offering at Goodman Masson, and specialises in sourcing Front Office professionals across Banking, Advisory, Lending and Investment Management businesses both in the UK and abroad. Specific areas Richard recruits into include Distressed Debt, Corporate Credit, Direct Lending & Private Credit, Private Investing, Real Estate, Securitisation & Asset-Backed Finance and Leverage & Acquisition Finance.
Louis Nwosu-Hope
Executive Consultant
Louis has over six years recruitment experience and joined Goodman Masson in 2015. He previously a senior member of our Permanent Finance team, before moving over to Investment Banking in 2019. As such he has knowledge and contacts both within the Investment Banking space and broader Finance markets. Louis works with a broad range of Banks and Funds, and specifically recruits into specialisms of Structured Credit, Direct Lending and Distressed Debt.
Ed Watts
Director
Ed has over 17 years of recruitment experience and joined Goodman Masson in 2010. Ed specialises in recruiting Corporate Finance professionals predominantly into Front Office Investment Banking roles across London and Europe. Specific areas within Ed’s remit include Mergers & Acquisitions, Sector Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, ECM, DCM and Debt Advisory. He partners with a range of firms, encompassing bulge bracket, tier one and tier two banks and a diverse spectrum of boutique investment banks.
Rebecca Rooke
Senior Executive Consultant
Rebecca is a Senior Executive Consultant in the team. She specialises in the placement of candidates across the Structured Finance space from Infra and Project Finance, to Leveraged Finance, and DCM. She has worked on and completed a variety of mandates from Associate level up to Managing Director level.
Claire Hewitt
Senior Consultant
Claire has over 3 years’ experience recruiting within Front Office Banking. She works with clients across the Corporate and Transaction Banking space, delivering high-quality candidates for front office mandates. Claire has a strong track record of successfully completing junior to senior level mandates, both in London and globally. Claire is passionate about building long-term relationships with her clients and candidates, providing them with tailored and professional service.
