Magella is Divisional Director of our Public & Not for Profit Sector division, now one of Goodman Masson’s largest divisions with specialist functions across both Finance and HR. Magella’s background is in senior interim finance recruitment, and executive search for Executive/Non-Executive Directors across the sector. Magella prides herself on having exceptional market knowledge and, with an ‘Inclusive Recruiter’ certification, is an expert on diversity in recruitment.

Daniel has seven years’ experience recruiting permanent finance professionals into the Not for Profit & Public sectors, and now manages our permanent recruitment specialism within the team. Dan's personal area of specialism is leading our permanent recruitment for senior and C-Suite Finance roles across the Not for Profit sector.

Scott is our Executive Consultant specialising in interim finance recruitment to the social housing sector. He’s built up a fantastic track record within the market and is excellent at turning around very fast-moving interim vacancies for his clients, whilst still maintaining the highest level of service. Scott’s remit includes senior interim roles such as Interim CFO and Interim FDs, as well as sector specific roles such as Development and Capital Accountants.

Olivia joined Goodman Masson in January 2024 to continue to grow out our permanent Finance offering across Social Housing and Local Authorities. She largely works with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Development Companies, Consultancies and Developers, recruiting mid-senior level requirements.
