Nazariy Krivosheia
Associate Director
Over the past seven years, Nazariy has worked as an Actuarial Recruiter at Goodman Masson. His core focus has been within General Insurance (P&C) Actuarial recruitment, primarily targeting the London and Bermuda markets. Throughout his career, he has successfully placed actuaries at all career levels, ranging from recent graduates to Chief Actuaries, covering an extensive spectrum of roles, including daily rate contract positions, fixed-term contracts, and permanent roles.
Neenu Santhosh
Senior Consultant
Neenu is a specialist recruiter in the General Insurance Actuarial space. She covers a variety of roles in Actuarial, Pricing and Analytics recruitment within the Non-life Market. Her clients include Consultancies, Brokers, Lloyd's Syndicates, Commercial & Personal Lines Insurers. She is very passionate about Diversity, Inclusion & Respect in the workplace - whether that is internally at Goodman Masson, or externally in the wider Actuarial space.

Fabio has over four years' experience recruiting within the financial services sector. He has a wide range of experience recruiting across the UK, EU and Africa, covering a wide variety of roles from Analyst to Director level. Fabio focuses in supporting Actuarial hires for insurers and reinsurers across the UK – these include all level roles from part qualified students up to Head of positions.
Yasmin Andrews
Senior Consultant
Yasmin joined Goodman Masson from a competitor at the beginning of 2023 to head up the Pensions Actuarial desk. She is a specialist Pensions Actuarial Recruitment Consultant, covering a variety of Actuarial and operations roles from part-qualified students to ‘Head of’ levels within Pensions Consultancies, Big4, Insurers/ Reinsurers, Professional Trustee firms, and Public Sector organisations.
