‍Associate Director – Land, Development & Regeneration.

‍How long have you been working at Goodman Masson?

‍I joined 4 years ago, in February 2020.

‍

‍How many times have you been promoted since you joined?

‍Twice: Senior Executive Consultant (August 2022) and Associate Director (January 2024).

‍

‍How do you maintain consistent success on your desk?

‍Keeping on top of temp processes has been key for me. I was lucky enough to have been trained by a manager who was meticulous with these and on a desk where these were absolutely essential. The people who work in our market are great, and I’ve really enjoyed the relationships that we’ve been able to build over the last few years.

‍Tell us an interesting fact about your time at Goodman Masson?

‍I joined in February 2020 – one month before Covid.

‍

‍What is the best thing you’ve learned during your career?

‍That throwing myself into uncomfortable situations has made me grow the most. Goodman Masson has taken me out of my comfort zone on various occasions, which has been invaluable for growth and confidence along the way.

‍

‍What advice would you give your younger self?

‍Enjoy the little achievements along the way, and don’t forget to stop and celebrate the good moments.
