Having completed a Master’s in Political Science at UCL, George began working for the UK Government, regulating the gambling industry and investigating sports corruption. George found this to be interesting work during an exciting time that involved establishing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with betting operators and Sports Governing Bodies alike, and analysing data and reports. Following a period of working in regulation, George decided to use his communicative and analytical skills for a more dynamic profession, hence moving into Not for Profit & Public Sector recruitment! George joined Goodman Masson in 2023 to lead our HR recruitment across the Public Sector & Not for Profit. He goes above and beyond to provide his clients with a thorough recruitment process and prides himself on an exceptional candidate and client service.

Divisional Director
Magella is Divisional Director of our Public & Not for Profit Sector division, now one of Goodman Masson’s largest divisions with specialist functions across both Finance and HR. Magella’s background is in senior interim finance recruitment, and executive search for Executive/Non-Executive Directors across the sector. Magella prides herself on having exceptional market knowledge and, with an ‘Inclusive Recruiter’ certification, is an expert on diversity in recruitment.
